DELIVERY, RETURNS & FAQ
Furniture One offers FREE DELIVERY on all items in the UK. (Excluding Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, PO Box)
All items are dispatched and delivered within 5 working days. Small items will be delivered by parcel couriers direct to your door and larger items will arrive as a road-side delivery, you may need to assist unloading the delivery.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM OUT WHEN THE DELIVERY ARRIVES?
The driver will leave a card and a redelivery can be arranged. We can leave your items with a neighbour if a pre agreement to do so is in place.
CAN I HAVE A SPECIFIC TIME FOR DELIVERY?
We cannot provide an exact delivery time due to the variances in traffic and destination from our warehouse; the driver will normally call ahead usually 30 minutes before arrival.
HOW DO I KNOW IF A PRODUCT WILL FIT WHERE I WANT IT TO?
All of our products have specified dimensions listed in the description area. This allows you to check whether or not a specific product will fit in your desired place at home.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS REQUIRE ASSEMBLY?
Most of our products require no assembly and any that do will state this in the product description.
If you are unhappy with your product simply contact us within 14 days of your delivery to organise a full refund. You will need to pay for your products to be collected by our couriers. Your refund will be processed upon delivery and inspection of the returned item. If you receive a product that has been damaged in transport; you'll need to contact us within 24 hours. It's important to check your delivery on arrival; as the courier will ask you to sign a delivery form stating your items were received in the correct condition. All reports of damage and photographs should be sent through to firstname.lastname@example.org
